 Senior Associate Financial Analyst

Senior Associate Financial Analyst: Support senior management in its private equity business. Primary responsibilities include: Coordinating the transaction execution; researching information on Bloomberg, Capital IQ, and Thomson Reuters databases, modeling, analyzing and conducting due diligence on proposed investments. Writing and preparing marketing and investment presentations and confidential offering memoranda and communicating with potential individual and institutional investors. Working with portfolio company management to monitor financial performance, review capital spending plans and related borrowings and devise and execute debt and equity funding strategies. Requirements: Certified Financial Analyst or equivalent certification in Accountancy; Master’s degree in business administration, finance or economics plus a minimum of one year of experience in the job offered or investment banking or comparable financial analyst experience. Salary range is $90,000 to $125,000 per year.
