Gokul Dixit is a Senior Associate of SK Capital Partners. Mr. Dixit started his career in Pricewaterhouse Coopers' accounting practice and has since worked for Arthur Andersen, American Express Bank, General Motors' Treasury and Corporate Development and The Valence Group, a New York-based investment bank. Mr. Dixit has focused on acquisitions and divestitures in the U.S. specialty chemicals, automotive and specialty finance sectors, and has executed financing and securitization transactions. He has also worked in India and Singapore in audit, consulting and corporate credit origination and syndication roles.

Mr. Dixit received his Bachelor of Commerce degree and Masters in Economics from University of Madras. He also has an MBA from the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, a fellowship with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a CFA charter.
