The Firm targets investments in fundamentally sound businesses that are, or have the potential to become, niche market leaders with sustainable competitive advantages. Frequently, targets may have one or more constraints impacting current performance or value.
While the Firm can be flexible, SK Capital seeks to make equity investments of $25 million to $100 million in each portfolio company.
