Larry Resnick is an Operating Partner of SK Capital Partners. Mr. Resnick was formerly CEO of Taurus Aerospace Group, a provider of products and services to aerospace OEMs and Tier 1s. Prior to Taurus, Mr. Resnick was an Operating Director at Arsenal Capital Partners focusing on aerospace & defense. Before joining Arsenal, he was SVP-Operations at Triumph Group, Inc. (NYSE: TGI), where his responsibilities included strategic planning, acquisitions, acquisition integration, supply chain management, lean enterprise, business development and corporate marketing. Mr. Resnick was instrumental in the formation of the Aerospace Industries Association’s Supplier Management Council, the primary industry organization for improving relationships between suppliers and customers.

Mr. Resnick graduated cum laude from Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Accounting, Honors Program.
