Lewis Sears is an Operating Partner of SK Capital. Mr. Sears is a senior executive with extensive experience integrating business strategy, organization effectiveness, and leadership development in multiple industries. He works closely with SK Capital Partners on the due diligence and operational improvement of portfolio investments. Prior to joining the SK Capital, Mr. Sears founded Lantern Associates which specialized in leadership and performance consulting. He was previously Vice President with Citigroup, and vice president of human resources with Allied Signal with significant experience in organizational design and development of engineered materials and specialty chemicals businesses. Mr. Sears spent twenty years in various financial and human resource roles with GE, his last assignment as a member of their Corporate Executive Management Staff. Mr. Sears recently worked with the leaders of Aristech Acrylics to implement performance management and goal deployment systems in this portfolio company.

Mr. Sears received a B.A. from Williams College and an M.B.A. from Xavier University.
