Mark Delevie is General Counsel for SK Capital Partners. Mr. Delevie is responsible for all corporate and M&A-related legal matters as well as overseeing the management of day-to-day legal affairs for the portfolio companies. Mr. Delevie has 20 years of legal experience both as in-house counsel and in private practice, specializing in corporate transactional work with a particular emphasis on healthcare law. Mr. Delevie received his BA from Brown University and an MA in Theology from Claremont Graduate School. He received his JD from UCLA School of Law.
