Michael DeRuosi is an Operating Partner of SK Capital Partners. Mr. DeRuosi has a broad range of business leadership experience with global, multi-national corporations coupled with extensive involvement in M&A activity as well as market, business and new product development. Prior to SKCP, Mr. DeRuosi was the President of the Novecare division of Rhodia and Executive Vice President of Albright and Wilson plc, both global public corporations in the specialty chemical arena. In these positions he developed expertise in managing large international teams and creating successful joint ventures in Japan, China and India. He also helped build strong R&D organizations that were successful in launching several new projects and products in the water treatment, oilfield, paints and coatings and personal care areas.

Mr. DeRuosi is a chemical engineering graduate of the University of Rhode Island and has an MBA from The Citadel.
