Mr. Norris is currently overseeing the operational improvement of Ascend Performance Materials. Prior to becoming involved with SKCP and Ascend, Mr. Norris was the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of W.R. Grace. Prior to W.R. Grace, Mr. Norris was a Senior Vice President of AlliedSignal and served as the President of its specialty chemicals business. Mr. Norris has also held executive positions at Engelhard Corporation including the President of the Catalysts & Chemicals Division. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of W.R. Grace & Co., FMC Corporation, Nalco Corporation and Sealy Corporation, where he is non-executive Chairman.

Mr. Norris earned a Bachelor's degree from Mt. St. Mary's College and has an M.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Maryland
