Peter D’Aloia is an Operating Partner of SK Capital Partners. Prior to joining SKCP, Mr. D’Aloia was a Senior Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of American Standard Companies, having joined the company in February 2000. Before American Standard, Mr. D’Aloia worked for Honeywell where he most recently served as Vice President of Business Development. He spent 27 years with Honeywell’s predecessor company, AlliedSignal, in diverse finance management positions. During his career with AlliedSignal, Mr. D’Aloia served as Vice President – Taxes, Vice President and Treasurer, Vice President and Controller, and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Engineered Materials Sector. Early in his career, he worked as a tax attorney for the accounting firm Arthur Young and Company. Mr. D’Aloia serves on the board of directors of FMC Corporation (NYSE: FMC), where he is the chairman of the audit committee, and also serves as a director of Airtran Airways (NYSE: AAI), WABCO Industries and Ascend Performance Materials.

Mr. D’Aloia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from New York University, received a Doctor of Laws degree from St. John’s University (New York) and a Master of Laws degree in taxation from New York University. Mr. D’Aloia is a member of the New York Bar Association.
