Robert McNeeley is an Operating Partner of SK Capital Partners. Mr. McNeeley has spent over 40 years in the chemical industry with Vertellus Specialties and its predecessor company, Reilly Industries. Mr. McNeeley retired as Chairman of Vertellus in 2007 and was Chief Executive Officer of Reilly until 2006. Prior to becoming CEO of Reilly, Mr. McNeeley held numerous leadership positions at the company including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Director of Chemical Engineering and Indianapolis Operations Manager. Upon the formation of Vertellus through the merger of Rutherford Chemicals and Reilly Industries, Mr. McNeeley became Chairman.

Mr. McNeeley has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.
