Mr. McMillan is an Operating Partner of SK Capital Partners. Mr. McMillan was previously Chief Executive Officer of Genovique Specialties, which was spun out of Velsicol Chemical and subsequently sold to Eastman Chemical in April 2010, and Velsicol Chemical, which he was recruited to run following its acquisition by Arsenal Capital Partners in September 2005. Prior to Genovique, Mr. McMillan was Chief Executive Officer of BBA Fiberweb, Regional President of Lucite International and Divisional General Manager of ICI Polyurethanes.

Mr. McMillan has a BS in Pre-Med/Psychology from Lehigh University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Aristech Acrylics.
