Fred Poses

Mr. Poses is currently the Chief Executive Officer of SK Capital portfolio company Ascend Performance Materials and also serves as an advisor to SK Capital in general management and strategy.

Prior to taking on his role at Ascend, Mr. Poses was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Standard Companies. Prior to his tenure at American Standard, Mr. Poses spent the majority of his career at AlliedSignal Corporation where he became President and COO of AlliedSignal as well as a member of their Board of Directors.

Mr. Poses serves as the non-executive chairman of the board of Tyco Electronics and as a director for Centex Corporation and Raytheon Company.

Mr. Poses earned a B.B.A. from New York University.
