Prior to joining SK Capital, Mr. Norris was a Principal at Arsenal Capital Partners where he co-led their specialty materials and chemicals investing efforts and served on the firm’s Operating and Investment Committees. While at Arsenal, Mr. Norris worked closely with Dr. Siadat on the Rutherford Chemicals, Reilly Industries, Vertellus Specialties, Sermatech International and Velsicol Chemical investments.
Before joining Arsenal, Mr. Norris was an investment professional at Berkshire Partners, where he worked on a variety of growth equity and buyout transactions. Prior to Berkshire Partners, he was an investment banker in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group of Goldman, Sachs & Co.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Ascend Performance Materials and Calabrian Corporation.
Mr. Norris graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Economics from Yale University and has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
