Mr. DeRuosi is an advisor to SK Capital in the Specialty Materials and Chemicals sector.
Mr. DeRuosi has a broad range of business leadership experience with global, multi-national corporations including extensive involvement in M&A activity as well as market, business and new product development.
Prior to SK Capital, Mr. DeRuosi was the President of the Novecare division of Rhodia and an Executive Vice President of Albright and Wilson. In these positions, he developed expertise in managing large international teams and creating successful international joint ventures. He also helped build R&D organizations that were successful in launching several new projects and products in the water treatment, oilfield, paints and coatings and personal care areas.
Mr. DeRuosi holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from The University of Rhode Island and an M.B.A. from The Citadel.
