Mr. Propen is an advisor to SK Capital on certain aspects of due diligence and operational improvement.
Prior to joining SK Capital, Mr. Propen was an Operating Director at Arsenal Capital. Previously, he served as Corporate Vice President, Technology & Program Management for Honeywell International. He was also previously Vice President, Technology & Business Development for AlliedSignal’s Automotive Products Group, Vice President of Engineering at AlliedSignal Engines and Vice President of Engineering and Quality at Textron Lycoming. In addition, he has worked with the management of private equity-owned companies such as Aristech Acrylics and Sermatech International.
He currently serves on the board of Quest-Global, Inc.
Mr. Propen earned a B.A. in Physics/Mathematics from Queens College, a B.S. in Aeronautics from New York University, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Technological University and an M.B.A from the University of New Haven.
