Mr. D’Aloia currently oversees the financial function of SK Capital portfolio company Ascend Performance Materials and well serving as an advisor to SK Capital in finance.
Prior to becoming involved with SK Capital and Ascend, Mr. D’Aloia was a Senior Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of American Standard Companies. Before American Standard, Mr. D’Aloia spent the majority of his career at Honeywell (and its predecessor company AlliedSignal) serving in a variety of senior management positions, including Vice President of Business Development. Prior to Honeywell, Mr. D’Aloia was a tax attorney for the accounting firm Arthur Young and Company.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors of FMC Corporation (NYSE: FMC), where he is the chairman of the audit committee, and also serves as a director of WABCO Industries and Ascend Performance Materials.
Mr. D’Aloia earned a B.S. in accounting from New York University, a J.D. from St. John’s University and an L.L.M. in taxation from New York University, and is a member of the New York Bar Association.
